I drop off the vehicle on 06/23/2020 at 8:30 am ... then they call me around 10:30 am vehicle ready! .... result: 144 € .... Mastervac brake test: RAS therefore fault cleared. The foreman confirms to me that there is no problem with a "healthy vehicle". I take the vehicle again, I still notice the noise, so I ask the workshop foreman, he tells me it is the sound of the Mastervac brake 🤔😳. Weird, weird for a V6 engine So I bring my vehicle to Mercedes TEHSTAR VERT ST DENIS 77 in order to have another diagnosis. I drop off my vehicle on 07/02/2020 at 8:30 am .... then they call me at 2:30 pm vehicle ready ... RESULT: € 135 ... AD pump problem as well as air conditioning compressor ... etc .. 3000 € of expenses to foresee ... In short there was a real problem ... even the secretary told me that my Viano did not have the noise of a V6 ... CONCLUSION: 2 hours spent at Etoile de Sens versus a whole morning at TEHSTAR in VERT ST DENIS 77 to find my fault ... today I am in HIDDEN VICE LITIGATION against the seller with a contradictory expertise scheduled for the end of 09/28/2020 ..... guess where ???? 😱😱😱😓😓 Chez l'Etoile ... yes, the Expert gave me an appointment at Mercedes ÉTOILE D’AUXERRE. I just hope this expertise turns out better than the STAR OF SENSE

The salesperson is incompetent and unable to meet demand. The seller promises me a car and leaves it to someone else for a week before buying it without finding any other solution. The manager does not keep his word and lies openly on the phone. Very disappointed I will never set foot in the Mercedes Sens dealership again. Staff not worthy of the brand.

I've been to their place 3 times and he never calls you back. They are too much on their laurels with 3 different sellers already old and confirmed and no one is calling you back. It promises for the future. I bought my Mercedes elsewhere.
