Obstacle course to finally have on December 3 a small stove that works without hellish whistling (or forced to leave the side door open) and we were lucky that the young repairman agreed to wait for the stove to be lit for testing, the little stove was still hissing loudly before it made another adjustment. It is imperative to respect the clause of the contract which consists in operating the stove after installation and cashing the check only afterwards!

No service after sale, 2 months waiting for spare parts in cast iron, I should have received within 3 weeks supposedly. No commercial gestures made, no director, whether man made a trade school !!! very rude manager. One tip, buy your stoves elsewhere.

Very good professionals They reassured me and helped me in the choice between wood and pellets because I was lost I have consulted other shops on meaning and disaster .... poorly received and explanations more than limits or even non-compliant. Being a single woman they had to say that it would pass .... As I was much informed about the rules I saw the difference .... Philippe chimneys they have received and explained everything I needed to know to choose between the two, wood or pellets, the advantages but also the disadvantages. I really appreciated their seriousness. So thanks I recommend!
