Very disappointed with their services for a few months, different contacts every 6 months !!! Impossible to reach them on the phone, I think more and more of changing banks, it's been 50 years that we are at the BNP but frankly it is really no longer possible, no communication possible, as much to take an online bank we do not would not be less well served !!!!

Good welcome. Incompetent advisor not preparing his appointments. Caught late for the meeting no apology. The BNP does not take as proof of domicile a tax notice or EDF receipt attesting to your incomprehensible address, although many organizations accept it. I walked out of my date upset and feeling like I was being taken for a fool.

Very bad reception Samples they do not know how to explain !! When we call them we can never have our advisor on the phone we are told that he calls us back, which never happens! Very bad experience, however no problem with the bnp of other cities. Very unpleasant advise on the phone when requesting account closure (obviously they don't like it!). Thing done more than a month after the legal deadlines elsewhere !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
