La Poste

There are always people in this post office. For the staff it depends on who you come across. Some people are welcoming, friendly and helpful while others are not. I find that there is a lack of respect when you hear the staff laughing openly at customers or when they take their time to chat with each other while there are customers waiting.

Post very unpleasant. The reception is non-existent. They absolutely do not help people in need. I had to help a man who could not write without any arrangement for him when he was visibly uncomfortable standing with his cane. The worst is the employee who handles the parcels. I asked to change positions so it's unbearable. This person is incredibly slow! It's unbearable. I do not understand why she is at this post! I lose a minimum of 30 minutes each time. No excuse any change of operation in this post while the customer complains of the tails going up outside the building !! If you ever notice her she's pretending she's going to make a mistake if she's hurrying ... I have to understand that effective postal workers make mistakes every time they take care of customers. time and time ?! Ridiculous .. to run away .. when you can !!
