Lousy !!! We wanted to order a part on the website. Site that was not working. We then phoned explaining that ordering on the site was not possible. The person took the order from us by phone for a part at 600 euros, without telling us that we could not benefit from the 14-day return guarantee. The mechanic was not sure of the breakdown. Therefore, the return guarantee is obviously not possible. The garage manager is a character who laughs at the 600 euros spent for nothing by customers who have little means. Despite a letter sent to Honda France with a return check with the director of the Poitiers Auto Sport agency. Run away !! 3 months that I'm waiting for my order ... because it was the holidays, because nobody is aware of anything in this box, so you have to constantly remind them ... 3 months that I have not so no car, very convenient to go to work!
