Desperately disappointing, that having accepted a reservation from abroad via email (with request to phone) they would not honour the reservation, despite a follow up email when it was impossible to phone. This restaurant needs to sort out its booking system, as to arrive after two days’ travelling and looking forward to a well-recommended restaurant, we were turned away.
