SCAM - TO FLEE. I rented a storage unit for a year, which I left in August 2019, when the trouble started. The manager (Jérôme Schalk) claimed not to have received my notice request, claiming a "computer problem" for which he made me wait more than a month (still continuing to charge me during this time). After dozens of emails and calls, finally a response by phone: I will be reimbursed for months unfairly taken. After four months, I am still waiting in vain for the reimbursement, and am obliged to object to my bank so that this thieving company stops collecting my money without reason. As noted by Kami Blue, the manager has suddenly become unreachable for almost two months now. I am now considering legal action.

My student daughter is still waiting for her deposit after more than 3 months. He's walking us. A beautiful crook.

Clean warehouse and large choice of box size, welcoming and attentive staff, who do not push us to rent too large, ex: I wanted an 8m2 and after listening to my needs, the manager advised me to rent a 6m2 which seemed to him sufficient. A big plus: insurance is included in the price !! I recommend.

Big problem when canceling the rental: Box returned in June 2018 in very good condition. The deposit has not yet been given to me, manager unreachable for 1 month 1/2 and we are 31 January 2019 ... business to follow!

super welcome, the manager is a very good professional, I rent a box for several months the deposit is brand new with lots of high tech: camera badge security at the top unloading platform, the freight elevator is a very significant added value, the staff is on top I highly recommend more the price is the cheapest in Poitiers after comparing with others
