It is "in transit". A foreign friend sent me a parcel at the beginning of October, for two months we waited without news, the information given on the post office tracking site only indicated "arrived in France and in Transit". For two months, no information and no change in follow-up. So I asked for help on the site, and after filling in the nature of my request, and the tracking number. By this procedure an exhaustive follow-up was provided to me indicating that the deliveryman had passed, and no one being there had left the parcel at the office while waiting to be recovered. Obviously, the delivery man did not even ring the bell, nor even leave a notice of transit or waiting, the package therefore waited without my being informed and therefore returned to the sender. But considering the size of the package and the shipping point (USA) it would surprise me if it was returned. Especially since the tracking information from the referral is very obscure and inconsistent, hence there is hijacking ....

2 collissimo lost between Marseille and Bastia in May 2020. Missing from radar screens for more than a month, no response from customer service when the computer system is not down. The packages probably sank at sea.

Frankly some of the employees have insulting borderline behavior with customers and again I remain polite.

Already not organized but it's horrible with the covid tail in full dungeon .. Refuse to send the recommended to the spouse even with ID it's the law but it's stupid
