Great team: professional, from the reception to the workshop. Very friendly, welcoming staff who bend over backwards to help you out on the road to your vacation! Very clear explanations! Humor and smile! It feels good despite the big fear!

Very unhappy. Captur vehicle damaged on July 22 no pick up before August 5 after my call because the staff is on vacation. After the expert's visit, the estimate is signed on August 13. But the repairs cannot begin before the beginning of September, the garage cannot lend me a vehicle before the work begins. Another issue was called from the garage last week and repairs won't start until October. And still no car loan "We do not lend a vehicle for such a long period" Fortunately my vehicle is a captor Thanks Renault
