BOULANGERIE ANGE

I stumbled upon this boulangerie by accident very early 2 days ago whilst lost in Barentin. It was early - too early for me. I bought a sourdough bread (au levain), a pain au chocolate and a tea. The bread was amazing - so soft and the sourdough did not have an acidic taste or smell. I love french bread but this one was new to me and I'd love to go back and live there to learn how they make it so tasty.

Friday night we ordered 4 pizzas. We arrived on time to pick up our order. Very nice home. Only once back home, surprise! The pizzas were disappointing! The dough looked like cardboard, the filling was on some extinct! In short, half of our pizzas ended up in the trash! I remain convinced that these pizzas already had a few hours in the window!

The waitress Caroline is very unfriendly; when you don't have a sense of customer service, you change jobs !! She asked the young person in training who served me, to take the sandwich out of the bag to remove the cheese because it was not included in the price !!! Ham / butter sandwich: 1 Thin slice of ham; I'm looking for lost butter .... In short, avoid sandwiches

Average quality, pizza too expensive and not enough toppings, croissants and pastries too expensive for the industrial.
