Very disappointed, I came to buy a set of mesh extension for my trailer with the serial number compatible with my trailer. The manager supports me that it is not this one but another model. The order is therefore made under the wise advice of this woman. All in all, it turns out that this person made a mistake on the compatible model (too bad for professionals not to know their own products) 4 months that I have been told on the phone (at the rate of 1 call each week) that my extensions have not arrived and that we are still waiting. In short, a big joke. It would have been easier for everyone for this woman to inform me that she does not want to make an exchange rather than wasting my time. Not to mention the not always pleasant welcome. In short, lack of professionalism! If you can go elsewhere, do it.
