Friday 4:40 pm, unable to recover my package, everything is already closed !! We are 2 customers waiting in front of the gate for an answer to the intercom which will obviously remain silent! Too bad not to respect the times indicated! I know it's the day before the weekend but it does not look very serious and professional.
