First class pastries!

Tasty panbagna but beware of "black forest" dessert without kirch! Immediately less scented and less tickling than one might hope. A little sad not to be able to bite into delicious alcoholic cherries as expected from the official recipe. The chocolate is very dark, but the crème fraîche also seemed unattractive
