CATASTROPHIC! In June I do an oil change in this dealership following the import of a mini with fluid monitoring ONLY AT MINI. Following my oil change, not even 24 hours later, I have an oil leak. I immediately call the dealership which picks up the vehicle the next day (2h). When I gave the vehicle back to me, I was told that the seal had been put on incorrectly. After resale of the consumer vehicle. excessive oil, the garage recommends an engine replacement DIRECTLY! Vehicle removed from this dealership and entrusted to an EXCELLENT garage at the neuvilette which poses a completely different diagnosis and does not proceed to any part exchange! There was just a clogging to clean, redo an oil change. And to think that we go to these garages for the logo of the brand and that the technicians make HALLUCINANT diagnoses !! TO FUIR TO FUIR VERY VERY QUICKLY !! If they give you an alarming diagnosis, take it to another garage and you will have some big surprises!

Have such a beautiful store with a catastrophic customer relationship .. 4 mail, three call (I'm still waiting for me to call back) It's been a few months since I ran after mini for a leasing (475E). I find it deplorable to treat the future client with little interest. I do not recommend the Reims mini concession, customer service 0.
