Super nice saleswoman. Love at first sight for a pair of ankle boots ... after wearing them during a restaurant evening ... I see when I get back that the 2 heel tips have fallen ... back to the store the next day .. sent to see the manager in the store next door who denies that the product is defective ... who tells me that I had to jam them (both 😂) refuses the requested refund ... who is carrying the law ... is not found one word of apology ... customer service you say ???? Not seen.
