It's been 4 months that I come here and I had to contact the owner 3 times: machine that blocks, the cash register that swallows the money without returning it, the change given is not the right one ... the person moves always when we call him or she does what is necessary but in the long run it becomes tiresome to tell ourselves that each time we go to do laundry we risk having to call him again or that it will take time for a cash worries ... the place is "clean" if you come early enough in the morning.

An unreported broken down machine, a control box from another age that collects my money despite the broken down machine, a convenience store that uses confinement to not do its job, which tells me that it has already been reported 4 / 5 times and that in any case he can do nothing (or does not want to) and that hangs on my nose as a solution to my problem. As a result, my laundry is not cleaned, my money was cashed and they refused to help me. Customer service is really not up to par.
