I brought my cat on a Monday because he had urinary problems (blocked bladder). I pick it up at the end of the week on Friday after hospitalization following a catheter placement in the urethra. The pee problem is solved. First observation, the cat is returned to us covered with urine and very dirty. (which ties in with a review from a previous person.) The next day (Saturday) the cat has difficulty breathing with rather intense breathing noises, although he had NO problems eating and breathing normally before taking him away. Since then he no longer wants to feed and remains static away from other cats, which has never been his habit, he who is very cuddly and playful. We therefore decide to return there the following Monday, after a 3 minute auscultation, an invoice of 78 € and an injection of a substance (we do not know what it is exactly) but according to the veterinarian "the cat will eat tomorrow, that's for sure! ". There, we are Thursday and the cat is still in such bad shape, refuses to feed (we force it to eat with a pipette). The worst thing is that the vet had the cat's health record in his hands and did not enter any information following his hospitalization, as well as the famous injection given on Monday. Not even an invoice (only receipts from CB), or any written record of what was done and given to him. I regret having gone through him, and not having gone directly to my usual veterinarian following confinement. In addition, he unsheathes his credit card device with dismal speed, playing on the emotion "You love your cat, eh?". Attached are the CB receipts for the visits. Run away !

One star is still too much. After an emergency night I ask to make an appointment for a control visit. I am told curtly and haughtily that my cat's situation is not critical so he can wait until next week even if he is in pain. No explanations are taken from me. I quickly ended the conversation to turn to professionals who have a heart

The vet was haughty, in a bad mood, he yelled at me and at my cat, telling me that it was impossible for him to cut the claws of my cats ??? Incapable and in addition not organized, I do not recommend !!!!
