Hi world locking the doors no longer works I go to Renault I explain to them they tell me it will not be before 3 weeks for an appointment I say good ok such and such a day I can leave it from 3 p.m. ah and well no we need the day d I said that I needed my car and that I have no one in Montpellier to pick me up. We rent cars it is 26 euros a day I felt dumbfounded so a piece of advice FLEEZ. I went to MB auto a jacou at the top in 2 seconds it was just a fuse to change that I had to rate the dashboard that's all and a human professional to go to MB AUTO JACOU.

Unfriendly, unhelpful, a simple appointment for an overhaul and a small mechanical intervention seem, for them, as complicated as a trip to March, nothing is done to be pleasant to customers, a "blonde" woman to the reception is rather vulgar and above all absolutely not friendly, preferring to chat with colleagues than to take care of customers.
