The staff are very pleasant and attentive. However, the big downside is that we are not informed enough about what happens once our car arrives. First, once the car has arrived at its destination, you have to wait several days to pick it up, so you add almost a week to get it back. Second, I had taken the package where I myself took care of the formalities when my vehicle arrived. Except that it is impossible to do it alone, and that I have never been told (and it is not written on the conditions of the contract etc). Suddenly, I had to pay another provider on arrival who "unloads" my car and takes care of customs papers etc for me. Result, 500 € to pay more. Third, I found my car full of fungus and mold on the seats, cockpit etc. It starts by dint of rubbing (well, the smell sticks a little more anyway ...). In fact, you only need to buy a humidity sensor and put it in the car before it makes the crossing, to alleviate the problem. In itself, everything went very well and I once again underline the kindness of the staff. On the other hand, there is a cruel lack of communication, information and transparency with customers. It’s a shame.

Soon 2 months that we deposited our vehicle for a shipment in Martinique and all our requests remain unanswered whether by email or telephone. I see that we are not the only victims of this company, which also responds to the opinions of their customers by denying their lack of professionalism in a very disrespectful way. We will not recommend you in any way. If it is necessary to go through a legal process to obtain our vehicle and compensation, you can count on us.

Company that does not care about customers once payment has been made. No follow-up, impossible to have them on the phone. Company that subcontracts everything so nothing is their fault. The turnkey service is totally wrong we have to manage everything on our side if not impossible to recover our car and I pass on the fact that we were not warned that on arrival we still had to pay 1000 € while the 'We have asked them the question several times. As for the deadlines, none were respected. so a word of advice avoid this business at all costs other than creating problems for you and taking your money they do nothing. if you feel like telling you to mark in response that we are not your customers, we have sent 2 cars to Martinique with turnkey service and collection for nearly € 4,500, sorry no, so € 5,500 and I will not add the costs of car rental because of the missed deadlines visibly nobody passes by you we would say suddenly our file number is D205273 will you continue to say that I am still not a customer with you or will you assume for once your error?
