Taxi driver approached us because he was sure we called him, although we absolutely did not. He did not believe this and got aggressive, called us "bad people" and undid his seatbelt in a threat to get out of the car and take the fight or something in that area. He could not be convinced that we didn't call him and continued to threaten us and tell us to leave (in less polite words). Not professional at all and not worth your time

Unprofessional, blame clients for their various lack of professionalism. Bad times, the only reason I have used their services is out of ULTIMATE NECESSITY and even despite that I am more than disappointed. This company should stop all activity. It’s a miracle that they manage to work again

In short: a scam. I order a taxi at 1:30 p.m. from my home for the south of France station (a 10min journey). The driver arrives with another person in the taxi, and starts the meter at more than 18 euros (an excessive price for 2 people and 2 pieces of luggage). Morality, 37 euros for a 10min taxi ride to 2 with 2 pieces of luggage when we paid less 1 month ago for the same trip to 4 with 4 pieces of luggage.

Too bad we can not put 0. Very disappointed by a process bordering on scam. When booking, I indicated that I was at the clinic and that I had a transport voucher. The taxi calls me back to confirm his arrival (when he calls me back, "Taxi medical Hérault" is displayed anyway, see attached). On arrival and to my surprise, it turns out that the taxi does not accept transport vouchers and I am forced to pay a fare of more than 100 euros. I call the taxi company to explain and the switchboard operator obviously maintains that I didn't say it when she probably just didn't hear ... In the end, it's either incompetence, because she should have had the reflex to ask myself the question knowing that I was at the clinic and that a client leaving a clinic still has a good chance of having a voucher (I did not get out of the pool what .. .) or dishonesty ... So a word of advice, go your way.

3:57 pm I ask for a taxi, OK he will be there in 10 to 15 minutes at 4:20 pm still no one, call blue taxi back I remind you I will see where the taxi is! 4:30 p.m. I am reminded sorry the taxi has a Problem it will not be able to come and I will send you another one! 4:45 p.m. another taxi arrives and my train at 4:54 p.m. I missed it, thank you blue taxi 🤬😠🤬😠
