Bad opinions speak for themselves, the Auch agency is not recommendable. Poor costing of the volume at the start, a remainder which remains at 1000 km which is delivered 3 weeks late on the agreed date. Breakage, contempt. They are not professionals. I sent the registered letter listing the case. No answer. RUN AWAY. Three months after this laborious move, still no news from the sav about the breakage and compensation. No reply to the registered letter, no reply to the reminder email. I will contact the national Breton movers to explain to them to whom they entrusted their name and their franchise ...

My move went very badly, I had a breakage and when I started my insurance for my compensation no longer. Either they are on sick leave, or on leave or they are not there, it shows the professionalism of this company. The only thing they're good at is taking your money and not giving you anything back. So in conclusion, run away from them like the plague and get the message out so that no one gets caught.

We moved on 09/17/2019. A piece of furniture (new) was damaged during transport / transfer in the apartment. We sent a registered letter on 09/21, in connection with the insurance taken out. To date (25/01/2020) we have not received any response to this letter, nor compensation. Suffice to say that it is not useful to take out any insurance since they do not take it into account. Best of all, go see another mover.

The calculated volume did not correspond to the actual volume to be itched. 2 cars full because the truck was full and we had to leave a slide and 1 garden table and its 4 chairs. The household appliances were not protected whereas it was provided for in the contract so a refrigerator of death at more than 600 € and an elliptical trainer also. Nonexistent customer service. I do not recommend using their services.

Moving a bit abruptly with respect to furniture. Storage of our furniture in custody and surprise: damage, a washing machine damn, a mattress more than a thousand euros folded in half and attached by a rope and so on. Returning furniture in a truck that had to turn because the cartons, chairs .... in every sense. A complaint to the person who managed the file for two years and pocketed to his company, thanks to us, 5,000 euros, well, no answer ..... We use a large sign to be quiet and good no ....
