Le Sauvage

I live in Cassel and have been coming to this place often over the years, A long term employee has taken over the reigns since the death of the previous owner. If you like andouillettes, they don't come any better than here. A great quality AAAAA product cooked crispy on the outside, served with chips and mustard...delicious!

Sadly took a booking for dinner and it turned out that the restaurant was closed. Heard great things but sadly we had to eat elsewhere. Wasted journey.

Excellent food and service.

A very good qualitative restaurant. A delicious rib of beef over a wood fire. The frame a little cold. I could have put one more star but the services too long ........ however half of the room was occupied, 3 hours for aperitif tasting board, side of beef coffee. Pity
