I do not advise under any circumstances. Big problem of direction. Truck too small compared to our surface. The movers struggled to find a solution to deliver all the furniture. We are even asked to take a trailer at our expense to be able to have all our furniture on the day. Impossible for us. The contract was planned for 35m3, in the end the direction told the movers to take a 20m3. In the end, we had to wait 6 days for a move to take place in the same region where we moved in to have the rest of our furniture that did not fit in the 20m3. A shame. Scammers. I do not even talk about the working conditions of the movers. It can be seen that in this company, the benefit takes precedence over the working conditions of the employees. I still hello the professionalism of movers who are not for nothing.

I put a star because I can not put less. I made my move with the movers PIERRONT July 28, 2016. The day of it, three staff arrived with a truck. What surprised me most was the lack of organization for loading furniture and cartons. Rather than doing it piece by piece, making it easier to unload and install, I felt that everything was taken at random. Imagine that during the move everything happened in the mess. So we had for example the boxes of the dining room, without the furniture to tidy up, because it arrived at the end of the move. During this move, damage was caused to the dining room table, the mirror glass and the television stand. It can happen, I do not discuss it. But, it's mostly how it was generated afterwards. We had to get in touch with this mover many times to find out where the table repair was. After more than a month of waiting, it was brought back to us but unfortunately very badly repaired. So back to the cabinetmaker. So we had to wait another month to finally see our table, repaired by a professional saying joiner like me I'm a mechanic, unfortunately not in the state it was before the move. But hey, we could talk about it for hours. By cons, after almost five months after the move, we still have no news from the mover about the glass mirror and the foot of the television. I therefore note that the commercial and professional terms are apparently not part of the vocabulary of this company. It's totally shameful. This company has no respect towards its customers.
