Trans SEVP

We bought a repatriated part from their website. and when it arrived the lighthouse was broken so unusable. No choice to take the lighthouse anyway and no refund possible as it came from their own group's website. It's scandalous !!

Arm yourself with patience !! Contacted for part warranty and information concerns, the switchboard will give you someone over the phone so that you can explain the problem first. The person transferred to you asks for additional information, and when you call back, you can't get them back online. The switchboard tells you She's not here, she's busy, she's quit work. . All this repeated over about 5 calls spread over 2 weeks. And we refuse to provide you with an e-mail address for easier contact. All this to finally receive an email 5 ......... weeks later.

it would be better if someone answered the phone instead of hanging on your nose
