Breads and pastries of quality. By cons rates are rather high, but hey if it's a guarantee of quality why not! I find that the leavened recipes are not highlighted enough. I would like to have more clarity on the use of enhancers, additives and other "magic wands (sic)" of the "modern" bakery. Epicuria can you tell me more about the use of these products in your bakeries?
