❌ Good work from *****! ❌ Customer of this garage since I bought my last car from them two years ago, I had tires changed last year without any problem, unfortunately the days go by and are not the same. This month I had made an appointment for some time in view of the approach of winter to switch my front tires to the rear, and fit two new snow tires at the front, I am given meet at 13:45 and I wait there because I live 60km away. Two and a quarter hours later (yes it takes a long time to change two tires when we have an appointment, I should have already suspected that there was a problem) my car is returned to me, I pay, my car being parked between two others a little tight, I do not pay attention to the work done and I leave. When I got home I realized the disaster, first of all the two tires which had passed to the rear no longer had the valve caps, neither one nor the other but above all the two new tires which had been mounted at the front, well a nice amateur job, the two aluminum rims all scratched and scratched at the end (tire mounting side) while they were perfectly new (the car is also nickel with low mileage ). Suddenly I call them directly, very angry to count their exploits for the day and the boss tells me that she can do nothing until she has seen the damage, and she asks me to come back only the week of 'after all (after all, an unhappy customer is not a big deal, there is no hurry) I answer him that it is out of the question and that I would come the next morning. The next day I arrive at the garage, the boss receives me with terrible friendliness (humor), looks at the work of her employees, and takes the keys to bring her into the workshop but no words, no apologies nothing at all . In the workshop, a crowd around the car, all the employees and the boss go around and discuss, of course I am asked to leave the workshop because I have nothing to do here, still angry I told him that it is ***** 's job, I am told that I must shut up and be polite because it will go badly for me ^^ So in summary, we pay for a service, we are doing a catastrophic job but it's up to us to close our g ***** anyway! She could not offer me anything except to take the car back from me to repair the rims as best as possible, rims that were perfect! In short, I refuse because I do not find it correct or professional, I am given two valve caps at the back (including a broken one I realized after ^^ decidedly to believe that they are doing it on purpose) and I decides to leave without having obtained the slightest excuse for their funny work, the boss leaves for her garage, no goodbye, no excuses, nothing at all! We will note again a very great professionalism! In short, I who planned to take a new car in the spring (Ds3 crossback to see better) well it will not be at their place! So of course they don't give a damn, big garage dealers like them, they don't care about losing one or two customers, we know it won't change them, but in any case, I will take care of them anyway. good publicity! And I realize that I'm not the only one who gets the car back in worse shape than it was before!
