On m'oblige à laisser mon sac à dos à l'entrée même si je montre 'patte blanche' à la caisse. Rien n'est prévu pour les sacs alors je n'ai pas d'autre choix que de le laisser par terre .. Les personnes qui passent à côté marchent involontairement ( ou pas ) sur les lanières et les clips de mon sac qui finissent par casser ( sac Lowe Alpine à 200€ .. ) Aujourd'hui des clients ont fait exploser une bouteille à côté de mon sac qui s'est retrouvé détrempé par je-ne-sais-quoi. La direction et les employés ne sont pas responsables de cet accident mais c'est arrivé à cause de leur politique interne sur les sacs. J'aurai apprécié qu'on me propose du papier absorbant pour éponger mon sac et/ou un sac cabas pour mettre mes courses mais on ne m'a proposé ni l'un ni l'autre..
