I am very surprised by the previous opinions because on the contrary, I have met very human professionals who have the concern to do well and in a disinterested way. They give you time for reflection and accompany you. In addition, they offer the most consistent quotes in relation to the market and if we are looking for quality (well present in the services elsewhere). They also feature a wide (if not to say, impressive) range of funerary monuments. I would like to add that I wanted to thank Mr Jean Baptiste for his professionalism as well as for his insight and availability. We are extremely satisfied with his services, he accompanied us in the choice of the different monuments offered and found effective solutions regarding our request. Thank you very much to him as well as to yourself. He was a great help to us. I recommend it 100%.

Above all to flee, get information from competitors in and around Bethun. No possibility of seeing our father again after the beer, which was made after our departure, Olivier Crespel was supposedly in a hurry. The next day, arriving very late at the church, deplorable service, a tricolor flag had been placed on the coffin when my father was not a veteran, expedition to the cemetery supposedly because it was raining. The family was unable to meditate before the vault was placed. Olivier Crespel and his team pushed us out of the cemetery in order to close the vault. The church service has been lousy; the PFCrespels don't know how to handle a funeral outside of the charities doing the service, no more dignity in the way they show up at the funeral, a lack of respect for the family of the deceased. a star for the show.Multiple professional misconduct from start to finish ... Unfortunately, they will not be fired.

Very disappointing, the company is very focused on money and the business of the dead. I do not advise you this type of establishment because we had to settle all the costs before the funeral. It is not the protocol. Not recommended if you have to repatriate a gold body from Hauts-de-France.
