I do not recommend .......
Following our visit several months ago, we were greeted by a high quality attentive counselor, who took the time to advise us on the funeral contract for my mom and myself.
We were confident and very satisfied following this meeting.
Unfortunately I have been traveling 3 times since December 17th, the agency is closed, nobody is there any more and when I phone nobody answers.
This does not give all the confidence to entrust our funeral contracts. See a death.
We regret the lack of professionalism of the Roc-Eclerc group.
Superb service, a magnificent show, with exceptional support. Lots of humanity from start to finish.
I recommend without hesitation.
