In summary: Warm welcome but serious lack of professionalism and communication at the levels of certain services. I had the opportunity to visit this place and experience their services. The welcome was warm despite the various disappointments. The waxing is done properly with gaps, however, in the legs. On the other hand, I advise against anyone who takes a little bit to their haircut to trust their 'hairdresser'. Personally, I had the right to scissors which did not cut and which therefore damaged my tips and to a broken comb. I had to interrupt the cut halfway to limit the breakage and run to the nearest hairdresser to make the corrections (the hair was not even cut to the same length, not to mention the non-existent degradation)! Regarding the nails, I must also note a lack of professionalism. I was persuaded to choose a semi permanent varnish which crumbled after 5 days and which clung to my hair with each wash. After returning, I had the right to a manicure which unfortunately scratched me a bit around the nail. Ultimately, although they have tried to make up for their mistake, my nails are in a terrible state. In terms of the hammam, it is privatized but there is, in my opinion, a lack of general communication. I was unaware of the process and was left alone without really knowing what to expect (it was a gift). I also did a massage that I can't really judge due to my sensitive back, and a facial. Once again, the grains were too big or the massage too insistent and this caused me slight irritations and did not bring me the relaxation that I expected. Hoping that my comment will be of some use and will save others from the disappointment that I unfortunately experienced.
