I installed 3 years ago by SERRANO a Scan Jotul stove. Very neat installation and very meticulous staff.
A few weeks ago, I discovered cracks on the bottom plate of the bottom of the stove. I inform the company SERRANO, who, following his efforts, managed to get Jotul a new piece for free.
