It is July 26, 2020 and it will soon be 5 weeks that I am waiting for the quote from select closings of Béthune. They keep promising to send it to me, but in vain. It's really not serious. I'm going to look elsewhere The 5 weeks are now over and still no quote on the horizon. Now I can no longer reach anyone, I leave messages on the answering machine but without success. It's really hopeless

Very well received by the very professional salesperson. We changed windows to aluminum and Pvc on two areas Bethune and Laventie. Delivery times respected for both places. The two editors were punctual and carried out their work methodically, with a good distribution of tasks between the two and complementarity whenever necessary. Everything was done in the rules of the art and on time. My husband and I recommend this company for this kind of work with confidence.

Company that does not respond to our calls for a delivery to be made for a quote signed since July and with a deposit paid. A manager who turns a deaf ear and does not solve the problem. Bethune Agency!
