Large store, clean, tidy, spacious aisles, choice in the items offered for sale, very polite staff ... I went there to buy a printer two to three weeks ago, as I did not know this store i 'I did the tour and what I appreciated is being able to look at articles without a salesman calling me every two minutes to ask me if I did not want information. I hesitate between two models so I called a salesman, who was able to advise me and direct me to the most suitable model for the use that I would have while also advising me on cartridges. I thank him for his patience, and his kindness. Very happy with my purchase, I recommend this store without hesitation.
An error in an order (a toaster instead of a computer) happens, I'm understandable.
But an after-sales service in Bethune which still walks me today. I am told that I am called back, that I am kept informed. Today: 0 news. Always forced to go through the platform to try to get it, they can't get any information either. Really disappointing

Having bought my huawei p30 for less than a year. I unfortunately dropped it, the baker refused to send it for repair because it was supposedly not insured while when I bought it I was told that it was guaranteed for 2 years, the guarantee legal ...
