Admittedly a little cleaner than the one on rue Henri Cadot located a few meters away (this is explained by the fact that there is laundry in the laundromat so obviously it is a way to have dust on the ground but apart from the ground, the rest leaves something to be desired!) but at least that of Henri Cadot reimburses your money! Today, Thursday, November 12, 2020, my daughter is going to the laundromat, as has often been the case for 1 year, she has extra (since no change is returned to the machines at this laundromat). She introduces her coins 1 of 2 €, 1 of 1 €, 1 of 50cts, 2 of 20cts then when putting the last 2 coins of 10cts (which brings us to 4 € 10 machine price) impossible to bring in the pieces, they fall. At this time, the token dispenser will show that there is € 3.90 in it. My daughter tries for a good 20 minutes to put the remaining 20 cts except that at one point the machine ends up displaying 0. Finding myself on a medical appointment in Béthune, I decide to call the number found on the internet, I come across a lady who tells me that she is not far away & that she is going to go see. Until then, no worries! Qlq minutes later my 14 year old daughter reminds me in tears, indeed the lady calls her a liar, because according to her, there is nothing in her dispenser. The coins miraculously vanished. I therefore call her back. She is, this time, as disagreeable as possible telling me that she has checked the tokens, that it is not true, there is nothing more etc. I ask her how this is possible since she saw my daughter arrive in the laundromat around 1 p.m. (which she confirmed to me) so that she necessarily heard the little one put the coins in the machine (who didn't makes no change) & that in addition to the laundromat with cameras, she is able to see that indeed my daughter is putting many coins in her dispenser & is not lying. The lovely lady sends me to graze & ends up hanging on to my face when I ask her how to make a complaint. I subsequently tried to call her back once & of course no answer! So run away from this laundromat, I lost € 3.9, my daughter over an hour on her lunch break & clothes that could not be washed! Some might think that € 3.90 is nothing but it corresponds to a meal at the canteen in bruay for example & it is not nothing for the solo mom that I am. This is a complete scam! How come we can't get the parts we just put in? Is it normal to have an automat that gives absolutely NO change? Not even the one just introduced !! If you were to lose a coin because it fell in a corner or other & that you only had that (because you have added) or better, that you change your mind know that you will not be able to recover the money already put in the dispenser! Which is a real scam in my opinion! In addition, it happens that users regularly lose € 1 or € 2 to the benefit of this distributor but on weekends nobody is there so impossible to claim & given the tone used on the phone not sure anyway that you will gain cause! I am well aware that this money is lost in view of the manifest dishonesty of this lady & even though, I will not return to this place which is dirty by the way, the machines are green on the edge of the porthole, the The laundry is sometimes clogged but not having the possibility of installing a machine at home (lack of space) & this one being closer to my home, I had no choice but to go! The laundromat does not even deserve 1 star & rather deserves to close! A great scam! A lady who insults insults children & is vulgar on the phone! A real lack of education & consideration for the customers who remember this laundromat! Without a customer, no laundry!

Establishment managed by incapable people who, in addition to having no sense of service, are extremely vulgar and even threatening. A word of advice, go your way.

This is fine for a laundromat. I've seen worse ... A bit old, but the machines make their birch and place very clean.
