A real disaster for us and apparently not the only ones considering the comments, in short: late and cold team, they made a mistake in the cubage and we had to leave the shelves in the garage to the new owner of our house, broken furniture there 'aquarium 200l in pieces at the time of unloading, my son had no more bed, they stuffed the trailer to the max to try to take as much as possible. Result: they put a wrought iron bench above the furniture: a lot of breakage !! We did all the procedure to declare the dispute and there it was a cold shower: not only are we not responsible and in addition, they do not reimburse the value of the furniture! what must have been a pretty dream for a move to the South has been a nightmare . I put a star because I have to give a rating, but really, avoid this provider, after reading the comments of other unhappy customers !! I am astonished that customers still trust this company ..... The questioning is essential and your sense of commerce also fiolet ... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

Despite the confinement, they were able to organize a move as soon as legally possible, keeping us informed of their procedures. The same day an efficient move, without breakage with a helpful team that did not stop until everything was dropped off in the right place and reassembled. Suitcases to transport the dishes that would have deserved a beautiful old service and not mismatched plates ikea ... We were a little short of boxes but considering the quantity of books it was not easy to estimate the volume. Very reassuring.

TO LEAVE ....... ATTENTION !!!!! Appliances delivered to another customer .... I was walking around for several weeks, telling myself that a solution would be found to finally make me say that I had to fend for myself with my wife to find my equipment. Incompetent and incompetent, special mention to the kind of boss who has shown a real lack of professionalism ..... go your way there is much better in the department

-10 stars strongly discourage, do not appeal to this company. In 10 years of activity I have never seen that !! arrogant, hangs up on the nose, impossible to discuss
