I went there to look for DENTASTIX brand chew bones on promotion, 1 package to buy, 1 at half price. Then I went to do my shopping, I realized that I could have bought 4 packs without promotion at the supermarket
End of day Saturday the cashier tells us that he cannot transfer the amount of our previous purchases to our loyalty card (290 €) whereas the previous cashier had asked us to bring back our ticket to carry out the transfer. We had € 70 of purchases)
We ask for explanations from the cashier who remains courteous and calm. Another employee then gets involved in the conversation very unpleasantly and literally sends us to boil !!! . We leave our loyalty card at the checkout and will shop elsewhere now.
