We have been loyal customers for more than 7 years ... The commercial relationship has deteriorated sharply in recent months. Tests are not possible following COVID-19 and the store is taking these customers hostage financially ... Refunds are not possible (only in Thiers on all Orchestras of France). In addition, when we give our opinion on the satisfaction survey, the store harasses us over the phone (5 calls in less than 30 seconds). Lack of professionalism on the part of the Thiers team ... I'll leave you I have a RECORD credit to spend.

I love this shop and the salesgirls are very nice. Only point, there is no great choice in 18-23 months ... Vivement that I dress in 2 years that I can start a raid on the store. Especially at these prices with the club card !!!
