Purchase of an X1 without incident with the vehicle returned to perfect physical condition but after having traveled 5000km in a space of 8 months big breakdown with an invoice of around € 4,500 vehicles still under warranty until January 2021 but no request for support! Cars sold with this warranty have no value in France because German warranty at least for BMW. And at this very moment we are good just to pay for a supposedly 12 month guaranteed vehicle Mr Gridel Jean-François

I bought a BMW in November 2020, the car came with a cracked rear bumper while I was guaranteed this item had been repaired ...! So I find myself with a vehicle that I will have to repair at my expense and the agent washes his hands of it. I will therefore not go back to this agent again because I am really disappointed

Expérience insatisfaisante. Ce pro passe plus de temps à dénigrer la concurrence qu'a réellement proposer des produits. Travail très lent et arguments de vente peu convaincants voire contre-productifs. EurocarOne en une phrase c'est : "n'achetez chez personne sauf chez moi car les autres font mal leur travail". Quand le chameau ne voit pas sa bosse.. !! Bonne continuation
