Hello, Bad experience on the phone for a simple request for information on a vehicle. The person receiving the call pushes to make the repairs in the garage (everyone preaches for their parish and I can imagine it) but where is the professionalism and the simple duty of information and advice for a trader? Requesting a quote or information is not binding, and it is the game of the market and the competition. So take your customers down because they are entitled to ask for information but do not necessarily have the resources to do the work at your place (And yes big revelation but we are not all croesus), we don't care. would be fine. I will not allow myself to question the quality of the work of the mechanics without knowing it, only this kind of approach does not at all make you want to go further. A good hearer.
