Hello, My grandson, who needed urgent treatment, did not have the type of medication that corresponded to the prescription. But had a generic containing adjuvants whose toxicities are proven worldwide (not in France). He had to return to the pharmacy to try to change the drugs, but he found himself faced with a refusal in a dialogue disrespectful as much by the attitude of the pharmacist as of the pharmacist. We wasted our time, our money because no refund or exchange, we also became aware of the abuses that exist in pharmacies. However, we come from a family recognized in medicine in Lyon and to be treated in this way, without respect or kindness, it's shocking !!

No !!!! A hateful welcome, I didn't even get a hello ... The most serious being that I did not have an answer concerning the side effects of the drugs they offered me, apart from I have allergies to certain adjuvants .... Result, I had an allergic reaction requiring specific support for emergencies ... Now I would not recommend this pharmacy, RUN !!
