Thank you very much for your help !! Our request, sent by e-mail, had been lost by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but the Lyon Consulate staff solved the problem !! A young, professional, polite team, the very kind ladies at the counter. A whole team, down with the hat !!!! Not the same can be said about the Belgian Consulate in Bucharest, a very depressing experience ... The scared consul, two women at the counter in the middle of an argument, pffff .... Congratulations to the vice consul of Lyon for the team chosen and formed by the dance !!! We hope to keep it as it is !!!! Happy celebrations!!!!!!

Very impressed by Mr. The Vice-Consul (I am not sure of having the right to give names) who shows an availability and kindness and also a flawless welcome. And I do not speak only of my case, but also of all those who were in contact with him, fact that I could see during the time that I was waiting for my request to be processed. A consulate, represented at a very high level by this gentleman and where we take care of our requests with the greatest respect towards their nationals. All my thanks and congratulations!
