Very interesting store but too well hidden on the ground floor of confluence. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable, even if we didn't ask for anything. No forcing purchase, just humor in a fun atmosphere. The products are totally original and despite their zany or eccentric side, they are not found elsewhere, even in other stores of the kind in Lyon 3. My advice here is for the site, not the store. I placed an order on December 05 for a batch of plates, one of which arrived damaged. Since that day I fight to have an exchange or other compensation and to this day still nothing! Despite several emails and phone calls, customer service remains deaf, it is inadmissible!
