No call for anything from the garage, it's up to me to do it. During the recovery of the vehicle repair oversights as well as a nice shock appeared and the levels were not done (I must ask a mechanic to do the levels), and on the way back my engine overheating warning light which s turn on and when my previously filled coolant was empty, when I call them to warn them, the unfriendly secretary accuses me of hitting a rock. In short, I give them the car back with a photo to prove my good faith about the shock and forgetting to repair as well as the engine overheating, I could talk to a wall it was the same. 1 month later I call the garage because still no news, I am told that it has been ready for a while and that I must come and check that everything is fine, when I arrived the car was on to show me that the engine overheating light did not light up. But that I couldn't take the car back. During confinement, the garage calls me to tell me to come and get the car (still not very kind) I get it back at the end of April and after a few kilometers my engine overheating light comes on with the air conditioning making a blower noise. Finally in another garage I am told that my radiator is pierced in several places and that any well-trained mechanic will notice it immediately. In short, run away from this garage: - unskilled staff - unfriendly staff. -Service not up to the price and the brand.

After carrying out the annual inspection of my vehicle I had the bad surprise to find my vehicle two days later with a huge oil stain in my parking space I brought my vehicle back to Renault and they tell me that it is the drain plug that is defective before no problem I remain skeptical to the fact that it is above all omitted to put either the seal or the cap not tight

I think a prison door is nicer than their friendliness. I do not support people who criticize their "colleagues". No smiles, no helpfulness, level trade I put a huge zero, I strongly recommend!
