Always a large choice damage not all sizes

Refused we exchange / refund a product (pair of socks) unopened (simply the wrong size, c was for a gift) on the grounds that '' undergarments are not exchangeable or refundable. '' After contact with the Secretariat of Jules customer service, it's out that all items, s n they were not used are exchangeable and refundable. Saleswoman dishonest ... so very sad

After a long wait, saleswoman 'L' refused to apply the promo for an item found in the 'Light Price' department on the pretext that this price is subject to conditions (which is not true).

Very nice shop with friendly and helpful salespeople. The prices are reasonable, even for a small gift.
