Sunday morning, 12 p.m. Very little traffic in the store. I arrive at the cash desk, the hostess explains to me that I must respect the direction of traffic and that I must go around the store and not go in the opposite direction. I apologize by explaining that I was not careful. The hostess therefore summons me to go around. I told him that now that I'm at the checkout, it's ridiculous to take me around the store, the goal being to prevent people from walking around the store too much. The hostess did not want to know anything, I had to go around the whole store when I was already at the checkout and there was NO ONE! I have never experienced such a grotesque situation. I almost left my article and left. One thing is for sure, I will never stay here again!

The store is clean and tidy. But the wait at the checkout is endless. We spend more time at the checkout than in the store. Few people in the store, sales assistants should be in checkout.
