I called the cph (several times) a lady answered me very quickly and she was more than available. I rarely called an administration with such telephone support ... I may have been lucky or there has been a change. I have repeated it several times with the same kindness. Cph de Rambouillet seems more accessible than the one in Versailles that I know, it is on a human scale. The lady of the reception is full of humanity and very available in this stressful situation

It's been 5 days that I call 1 hour a day during opening hours, the switchboard never answered. Unbelievable
