Excellent veterinary clinic! I took my kitten Molly there for her first visit and then to the emergency room for hypothermia. They were super responsive, professional and above all adorable! I can only recommend this clinic with great staff and great vets!

I am torn between anger and grief. 1. Be very vigilant! Additional costs manifest and A medical service that is not up to the level in view of the general condition of the animal (strong urine odor on him, starvation and fairly significant weight loss in a few days there). 2. Communication is more than incomplete, there is none. Oh yes ! When to pay it is very clear. Avoid if you care about your pet.

Very disappointed with the clinic, the vet who received me for my dog ​​advised me to have her undergo two operations for a total of 900 €, remaining doubtful, I went to consult another veterinary practice which strongly supported me not recommended to subject my dog ​​to these operations because according to the latter firm these operations were not trivial and could leave life-long consequences and cause osteoarthritis ... Conclusion at Mermoz: operations not necessary but guaranteed jackpot !!! The notion of profitability is therefore very strong and leaves me with a bitter taste of my previous visits to them.

We operated on our 6 month old kitten to sterilize her. We were very stressed ... The consultation before the operation was done with care (listening to the heart, intestinal palpation, weight, caresses to relax her a little). Marie Laure was very reassuring, she understood that our little kitten is a full member of our family. Although with a busy schedule, we were contacted as soon as the operation was completed upon waking up. A tight thought was put on, no collar. The post-op follow-up went well with the points well removed and healed. You take care of our animals and ... their owners. We will come back to see you! Thanks to the team!

We needed an emergency from the veterinary clinic for a hen. She was well taken care of on arrival. Unfortunately her condition was too dire to save her. I was contacted to tell me. I asked for some testing to find out what she had died of ... having other hens living with her to see if others should consult. I was asked to get back to them later. I contacted them 3 times for a similar invitation. And the last time I was told they will do the tests. The next day when I came to pick up the deceased hen (I live 1h30 from the clinic, the only place available in the region that day!). I am told to come back with my chickens, that they did nothing. We could at least have contacted me before! There are people but everyone seems far from the customers ... I felt very lonely, waiting for no answer ... I at least hope that my hen had more services and that she left accompanied because I did not see anyone at the clinic to tell me anything about this subject there too. I will have come to pick up an Amazon package, it would have been the same ... I am posting this notice for improvement. I hope it will be of use.
