On two occasions, Doctor Willem carried out delicate interventions which made it possible to get our animals out of the woods, he knows how to find the right words to reassure the masters, and has the feeling with our animals. You got it, I recommend 200% 😊

The staff including Dr Willem is friendly and efficient, however Dr Pechenart (2nd clinic veterinarian whom I strongly advise you TO AVOID) really has questionable methods. De 1: It is the only vet who makes our dog suffer during bites despite 4 other vetoes having already bitten her without any pain. De 2: It is the only one to tell us not to comfort the bitch when it is bitten (or that it is badly) because it is necessary to raise it "the hard way" and to stop reassuring it. De 3 (THE WORST): She is the only one to have STRIKED our dog on the nose because she showed her teeth due to her incompetence to bite without pain. I was waiting to see another worthy vet before leaving my review who we spoke to and who was shocked at these methods. (In addition, she crosses out the care sheets for insurance companies that do not want to reimburse the costs behind.) In short, if Dr. Willem is available the day you call, go ahead otherwise choose another practitioner rather than going through his colleague.
