Owner of a 2007 Jaguar XK and hear me say by the Gap workshop manager, when I have an engine overheating warning light: "the management does not want us to take charge of this vehicle, which is too old, too complicated ... . " Beautiful image of the brand, image of our times of mediocre ... Jaguar France will be delighted to learn the welcome reserved for its customers.

Having had some setbacks with my Evoque bought at the end of January 2020, I complained in a previous comment about the bad treatment suffered. It seems that my criticisms, like arguably those of other clients, were heard by the owner of the company who changed the sales team. Now the service is perfect and has met our expectations. A special mention to Damien the sales manager for his efficiency and Manu who delivered our Range to us with great care. We are thrilled with this drastic change and highly recommend this garage.

Very nice home

I own three Land Rovers including two bought in this dealership, A Heritage Defender, a Range Rover Sport and a last generation Evoque bought at the end of January 2000. I live in Marseille but I used to come to this concession despite the distance as the reception and service were above average. But that was before. Unfortunately the previous owner has passed away and the management has changed and the service has changed, although some employees remain pleasant. The sales and after-sales service is deplorable, not to mention the manager who does not have the minimum education to answer my emails following an immobilization of my Evoque which has been in the garage for over a month. I strongly advise against this garage it is better to go to another dealership in the region.

This is my second Jaguar vehicle (XF then F Pace) in this dealership and I must say that the high-end service is there, both at the Land Rover commercial level and at the workshop. In addition, it is more interesting to buy a Jaguar than a European brand including the German ones. My vehicle is a professional vehicle and I have saved money.
