Very dissatisfied with the management of my birth list. Products missing, no refund can be made .. only solution take something else .. if I chose these products it is not to have something else !! During this crisis we were taken hostage !! I strongly recommend to future mothers this sign to avoid stress !! Check out the reviews on Facebook. My daughter is 2 months old, I just want my products to be paid or refunded.

Top store and sales assistants always available! If I ask them to put something aside for me they don't hesitate to do it very quickly, I never come for nothing! I can't wait for my next visit to collect the drain hose for my Aubert bathtub !!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this store. My partner and I came to make several purchases for our future babies. In the shop, everything went very well. One of the saleswomen (older than the others, maybe the manager that many talk about in the comments?) Regularly came to us to know if we needed help, advice, she took our items to get rid of when we had our hands full and we still had some ways to go. So far, nothing to complain about. The other two salespeople weren't particularly polite, I'm not even sure I got a hello from them, they were laughing to each other but the third one was so nice that it passed me a bit over the top. When we got to the checkout my companion and I asked if it was possible to order a product we couldn't find in stores, Beaba's Milkeo Bottle Preparer. The friendly woman did her little research and told us that it was available to order, that there was no problem and that she or one of her colleagues would call us back when it was delivered to the store ( maximum 10/15 days) she told us. Satisfied, we left the store with all our purchases and several hundred euros less in the account (much to the dismay of our banker). But here we are today exactly one month after this order. No news from the store. The term of my pregnancy is expected in less than a month and baby could arrive at any time, I was impatient not to see my bottle preparer arrive. So I called the store, telling me that they probably forgot to let me know when the item was delivered. I came across an extremely cold woman (the notion of politeness must be totally unknown to her) on the phone who told me that the product could not be ordered. So I told him that we had already ordered it a month ago with his colleagues, that there was no problem at that time so even if it was out today, why not did we not receive it when ordering? She does not know. When I ask him why we weren't warned that the article was finally "no longer" controllable? She does not know. She informs me that she will send an email to headquarters to find out when it will be available for order again and that she will call me back to keep me informed. Result: not available before January. No apologies on his part, no commercial gesture, just a maddening disrespect and an "I don't care" attitude that makes us wonder why this person works in sales. The least of things would have been to apologize, to warn that the ordered item would never arrive (or three months late ...) or to make a small gesture. It is the least of things when a retailer makes such a mistake, commerce can be learned, especially when it comes to expensive items.

Kindness to review (except for a blonde lady who apparently loves her job). You turn over a cup supposed to be unbreakable, which falls from the first fall, making fine shards dangerous for the little ones. No consideration of the remark and no refund except you exchange it by the same. A shame.

Very correct store, warm welcome, a large majority of the saleswomen are friendly and pleasant, as well as good advice. There is a good choice of products in the store which also serves as a reception for orders made on the Aubert site offering even more items. That was for the two stars. I have to give a bad mark because of two things in particular. First, simply, defective products ... I strongly urge Aubert to change supplier for some of their products (we have reported everything to the store in question which is supposed to report the information ...). We had poorly sewn lint that lost its padding, socks with holes due to labeling, a broken play mat structure, etc. Second, ordering errors ... To name just one example, but not the least, we ordered a bed in November, we were due to receive it at home in February. For now, no worries. At the end of February, still nothing, we call the store, we come across a very nice lady who explains to us that the order has not been placed in fact ... Ah ... Ok ... So, we have had to wait a few more months, but this time for some unknown reason it is not possible to deliver to our home. Here is the explanation given by the saleswoman: "Well ... It's like that ..." We end up receiving the bed in June, at the store, instead of at home in February ...
